Support the implementation and maintenance of Routine Management in the unit, acting as a coach for supervisors and specialists. Ensure discipline in daily, weekly, and monthly Performance meetings, focusing on objectives and closing topics. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing deviations and guiding corrective actions.

Bachelor's degree required. Advanced knowledge of the Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience in industrial processes and KPI management is essential. Experience in the sugar-alcohol sector is a plus.
