What You'll Do
Create and manage user records, permissions, and access levels in Salesforce and Certinia. Tailor Salesforce and Certinia for Sales and Service Delivery teams, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automation. Provide guidance to relevant Business teams on new major release features and functionality. Identify opportunities for improving processes and utilization of the Salesforce/Certinia platform.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of direct experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Certinia, including PSA, Accounting, and Revenue Management modules. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field. Experience integrating Salesforce and Certinia processes with Slack is a plus.
