Core Responsibilities

The Immigration Paralegal will manage a comprehensive caseload from start to finish, focusing on family-based immigration relief, drafting and reviewing applications, and responding promptly to Requests for Evidence from USCIS. This role also involves directly supporting lead attorneys to meet Key Performance Indicators and ensuring high-quality submissions.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of high-volume immigration law experience, including expertise with specific forms like I-589 and I-485, and strong knowledge of asylum processes. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, along with the ability to manage a significant caseload and potentially supervise legal assistants.
