What You'll Do
Coordinate and lead the operational team of the unit, ensuring the achievement of established goals. Plan and organize operational activities, ensuring efficiency and quality in processes. Analyze performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration. Postgraduate degree in Business Management is a plus. Proven experience in team and operational process management. Knowledge of management tools and performance analysis.
