The analyst will provide expert financial performance narratives, translating complex data into clear insights for senior audiences, and partner with finance and non-finance teams to deliver financial information across various reporting cycles. Responsibilities also include managing and analyzing financial performance, supporting month-end close activities, and overseeing headcount reporting.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or Accounting, coupled with over 8 years of progressive finance experience covering month-end processes, budgeting, and GL management. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems like Oracle and Tableau are required, along with advanced English skills.
