Construction Estimator (Heavy Equipment, Metal Studs, Brick/Block, Masonry)

Perform detailed digital quantity takeoffs for commercial construction projects. Prepare accurate material, labor, and overall project cost estimates. Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and scope documents. Identify project requirements, exclusions, scope gaps, and potential estimating risks.

3–10+ years of direct construction estimating experience. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project documents. Advanced proficiency with estimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and On-Screen Takeoff (OST).

Compensation ranges from $1,500 to $2,500 per month, depending on experience. This is a full-time remote position with dedicated availability for 40 hours per week during US Central Time business hours.
