Core Responsibilities

The CX Associate will serve as the main point of contact for platform workers, providing excellent customer service and managing tickets within the Freshdesk system. Responsibilities include resolving worker issues related to background checks and onboarding, monitoring turnaround times, and collaborating with internal teams on discrepancies.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least two years of office experience, preferably in customer or tech support, coupled with strong, impeccable written and verbal English skills. Essential requirements include excellent research, risk-evaluating, and decision-making abilities, along with the capacity to work effectively under deadlines.
