The Incident Analyst supports the rapid response and coordination of critical IT incidents by managing communication, engaging technical teams, and tracking progress to ensure timely service restoration. Key duties involve identifying and logging incidents, facilitating diagnosis and resolution, and maintaining accurate communication between all relevant parties.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, incident management, or service management. Fluency in English is required, and experience with enterprise-level incident response processes is preferred.
