What You'll Do
Coordinate, develop, and mentor data scientists at junior, mid, and senior levels. Apply LLMs for diagnosing and analyzing voice and chat interactions using the Bridge platform. Process and analyze large-scale audio files and textual transcriptions to identify recurring themes and customer sentiments.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. Practical experience in NLP and/or Speech Analytics. Advanced knowledge of Python and Machine Learning and Deep Learning libraries.
