Software Engineer in Test (SDET) (Ingeniero de Software en Pruebas) - Remote First
ClaraWhat You'll Do
Build and maintain the systems behind Clara's QA platform, including Playwright-based frameworks and APIs. Collaborate with QA Automation Lead and product engineers to ensure automation is reusable and reliable. Implement CI/CD pipelines for quality assurance and reduce flakiness in tests. Work with QA engineers on testability and adoption of automation tools.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of software development experience, with a focus on automation or developer-tooling delivery. Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and familiarity with Clara's backend stack (Java/Spring Boot). Experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks and understanding of REST APIs and relational databases.
