Auxiliar de Laboratorio de Alimentos

Provide technical assistance to laboratory staff according to established instructions and procedures, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Support the execution of requested analyses in accordance with current norms, methods, and techniques as specified by clients. Participate in the maintenance of applicable quality management systems and conduct inventory and control of laboratory supplies and reagents.

Student in the last semester or graduate in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields. Desirable 6 months of experience as an intern or assistant in a food laboratory. Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and use of laboratory equipment and materials.
