Support the definition and evolution of the strategic vision for the Worker Credit product, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead product initiatives utilizing Artificial Intelligence to enhance customer experience in digital channels. Identify opportunities for automation, personalization, and optimization of journeys using data and AI models.

Experience in product management, particularly in financial services. Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence applications in product development. Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, data science, UX, and business teams.
