What You'll Do
Execute the processes for applying premiums through collection systems, ensuring compliance with established SLAs. Decrease premiums in deposit by applying folios through BPM. Apply premiums in deposit using internal systems and execute established processes for controlling policy collections and following up with various internal areas.
What We're Looking For
Completed high school education; bachelor's degree preferred. At least 1 year of experience in economic-administrative areas. Knowledge of credit and collections is desirable. Intermediate Excel skills are essential, including pivot tables and formula usage; basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
