What You'll Do
Analyze different payment methods to schedule operational payments, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal regulations. Monitor and identify returned or unprocessed payments, diagnosing and making necessary adjustments for reprocessing transactions quickly. Communicate directly with internal clients to provide support, align information, and resolve operational issues. Map daily workflows to identify bottlenecks in manual procedures, proposing solutions and automations to optimize the area.
