Lead the Processes team technically, guiding and supporting junior and mid-level analysts in prioritizing and executing tasks. Map, document, and maintain updated processes for the Meu Arco area, including flowcharts and operational manuals. Conduct periodic process reviews to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with interface areas.

Experience in process mapping and optimization. Autonomy in managing deliveries and aligning deadlines. Proficiency in visual modeling tools such as Bizagi, Miro, or Figma. Ability to manage stakeholders and connect business and technology areas.
