Junior Edi Support Analyst

Act as the point of contact for B2B customers, suppliers, and Bosch plants, ensuring support and stability of EDI processes. Provide technical support, perform testing, monitor integrations, and manage Trading Partners. Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, training materials, and guidelines related to EDI processes.

Hands-on experience with EDI support, including testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting system issues. Experience in Trading Partner management, including setup, configuration, integration, and master data maintenance. Knowledge of Jira and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
