Construction & Industry SSr Analyst

Manage category operations by developing tactical sales plans for industries, partners, subcategories, and products. Execute promotional plans for categories and collaborate with various teams such as Commercial, Mercado Envios, and Mercado Ads to foster category growth. Implement and track metrics to measure success and quality of operations, identifying opportunities and making recommendations to maximize category potential.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in commercial roles, negotiation, and data analysis. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, along with usability in AI. Knowledge of the category is a plus.
