The Senior Director will lead the Lima office build-out and serve as the primary on-the-ground leader responsible for operational performance, culture, and local administrative functions. They will manage P&L, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with global leadership to scale the organization.
Requirements
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business development, with a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams. A university degree is required, and an MBA is considered a plus.
