Officer Mortgage Operations

Verify the accuracy, completeness, and authorizations of activities/work, correcting data and documenting errors. Monitor and prioritize daily workloads to ensure completion within published Service Level Agreements. Conduct investigations to resolve exception situations and provide guidance and training to other team members.

High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience. Basic Computer Skills, including common software tools (Microsoft Office products). Intermediate English language skills (B2).
