The receptionist will professionally handle incoming calls, greet external visitors, employees, and clients, while maintaining a clean and orderly reception area to uphold the company's image. Key duties also involve providing general assistance, managing mail and courier services, tracking related invoices, and monitoring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Technical or Commercial Career degree and have a minimum of six months of experience in Customer Service, Switchboard Operation, and Document/File Control. Basic proficiency in the English language is also required.
