Engineering Manager
StoriCore Responsibilities
Lead and develop a distributed team of 6 engineers while driving technical strategy and architectural decisions for the Personal Loans product. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align engineering priorities with business objectives and foster an AI-first development culture.
Requirements
Requires proven experience in engineering management and technical leadership with proficiency in Golang or Python. Candidates must have experience managing distributed teams in Latin America and a strong background in AWS-based infrastructure.
