Core Responsibilities

The Client Success Manager acts as the primary guide and point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the complex tax preparation process. This involves coordinating closely with internal teams like the Tax Team and IRS Communications Team to keep projects on track and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least two years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar client-facing role, coupled with exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. The ideal applicant should be organized, proactive, comfortable in a fully remote setting, and genuinely dedicated to helping others succeed.
