Key Account Manager Operations
Delivery HeroCore Responsibilities
Monitor key indicators such as Vendor Fail Rate (VFR), AWT, and Inaccuracy. Identify deviations, analyze root causes, and design action plans to recover performance. Develop reports and follow-up routines with partners and internal teams. Ensure proper implementation of functionalities and policies, and manage audit findings and inaccuracies.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in similar roles with direct contact with Clients/Partners. Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Intermediate-advanced Excel skills.
