Act as a critical advisor and analytical partner to MD, supporting the development of business cases for new or existing supply. Drive company-wide strategic initiatives to increase efficiency and performance of sales across all channels. Lead the LATAM Innovation & Automation Agenda, managing a team to identify operational inefficiencies and high-impact automation opportunities.

5+ years of experience in operations or strategic roles. Proven track record in business development and project management. Strong analytical skills and experience with sales technologies such as Salesforce.
