What You'll Do
Support, guide, and structure the data team (engineers and analysts), promoting best engineering practices and continuous evolution of delivered solutions. Structure and evolve the data architecture of the platform, establishing standards for modeling, pipelines, and governance. Ensure data quality by defining validation practices and documentation throughout the data lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in data engineering and technical leadership of data teams. Advanced SQL and Python/PySpark proficiency for solution development. Experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory for pipeline orchestration. Knowledge of Medallion architecture and data modeling for analytics.
