Core Responsibilities

The consultant will provide high-quality customer support across chat, email, and phone channels, assisting customers with inquiries regarding order status, delivery information, and product questions. Key duties include building strong customer relationships and handling feedback constructively.

Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in Danish (C1 level or higher) and possess excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher). A minimum of 6–12 months of support experience is required, along with comfort managing high ticket volumes and having a personal computer setup with stable internet.
