Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive AI training programs for the FinOps team. Conduct activities required in the change management plan, including stakeholder engagement and communication. Provide advice and support to the project team on advancing project outcomes and support executive leadership as change champions.
What We're Looking For
5+ functional custom agent/LLM solutions applying Generative AI to technical or financial data. Proficiency in scripting and working with CLI tools. Experience in designing and managing comprehensive training programs and driving organizational change initiatives using frameworks like ADKAR or Prosci.
