What You'll Do
Provide efficient and cordial customer service. Assist in organizing files and documents for the NPJ. Collaborate with the team to support students. Utilize Office Suite and NPJ management systems.

High school diploma required. Basic knowledge in customer service. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate proactivity.
