Analista Senior de Entrenamiento Operacional - Mercado Envíos

Plan, organize, and execute operational training programs and roll-outs in the Distribution Center, ensuring high standards of quality and effectiveness. Implement and adapt large-scale deployment strategies, ensuring reach and consistency across all teams in Chile. Analyze learning effectiveness metrics and indicators for decision-making in training. Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate training initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; a postgraduate degree in organizational development, continuous improvement, logistics, or related fields is desirable. Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and operational capacity roles, ideally in logistics, retail, or manufacturing environments. Ability to formulate and execute large-scale deployment strategies and design high-impact action plans.
