Software Development Manager, Amazon 1P Lending

Lead and grow the team by hiring, managing, coaching, and developing Software Development Engineers in São Paulo. Own the delivery of lending products from idea through design, build, launch, and ongoing improvement for Brazil and Mexico. Drive technical direction by partnering with senior engineers on architecture and system design.
