AgibankCore Responsibilities
Create high-quality visual interface solutions applying hierarchy, typography, color, rhythm, and UI patterns to enhance clarity and usability. Structure and evolve user flows ensuring a good end-to-end experience aligned with business needs and customer expectations. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Channels, and Data teams to define problems, hypotheses, and success criteria. Create wireframes, prototypes, and final deliverables ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Requirements
Proven experience in UI and UX Design with a portfolio showcasing visual quality, structured processes, and experience reasoning. Mastery of Figma including components, variants, autolayout, styles/variables, prototypes, and grids. Solid knowledge of visual design principles: typography, color, grid, alignment, rhythm, legibility, and contrast. Good communication skills to defend design decisions and write clear product context documents.
