User Growth Senior Manager

Own the User Growth strategy for SS-Latam, building and forecasting the regional B2B2C marketing plan and KPIs. Lead, hire, and develop a small regional team while building trust-based partnerships with senior leadership. Use AI tools for data analysis and campaign development, and stay close to the numbers to execute campaigns and identify local trends.

Significant experience owning end-to-end strategy for a region or multi-market portfolio, ideally in a CRM/lifecycle or subscription-growth context. Strong analytical skills with experience in data sources and tech stack. Fluent in English and professionally fluent in Spanish.
