AI Growth Automation Engineer - Mexico City (Hybrid)

Build AI-powered prospecting and SDR tooling by designing and shipping agents/workflows that find, qualify, and engage prospects. Own lifecycle automation end to end, building and iterating on onboarding, activation, and retention flows across various communication channels. Design the SDR-to-AE handoff as a system, instrumenting lead scoring, routing, and handoff logic. Prototype quickly, validate against real metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adoption of the tools you create.

2+ years of hands-on experience building automation, internal tools, or AI-powered products. Experience with workflow/automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make, and familiarity with CRM/lifecycle platforms such as HubSpot or Customer.io. Technical fluency to read/write basic scripts in Python or JavaScript. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
