What You'll Do
Facilitate communication between the Operations and Technology teams, acting as a bridge connecting both areas. Identify problems and opportunities, proposing and implementing effective solutions that promote innovation and growth. Translate technical language for operations and vice versa, ensuring mutual understanding between teams.
What We're Looking For
Intermediate/advanced SQL skills are essential for data analysis and automation. Knowledge of Python is considered a differential for process automation. Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills are required, along with excellent communication abilities to engage in both technical discussions and presentations for leadership.
