What You'll Do
Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team, managing workloads and setting individual objectives. Ensure accurate and timely processing of the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice validation and reconciliation. Evaluate processes and implement robust internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and reduce error risks.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a management role. Proficiency in SAP FI/AP is mandatory, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
What We Offer
Hybrid work arrangement with indefinite hiring. Office attendance required 2-3 times a week in Mexico. Standard working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM.
