Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition service delivery strategy for Brazil and SOCO markets to ensure high-quality hiring at scale. Manage stakeholder communication, drive digital recruiting adoption, and coach the TA team to meet recruitment KPIs and business growth objectives.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Candidates must have significant experience leading talent acquisition operations in complex, high-volume environments with proficiency in digital tools and talent analytics.
