Lead and supervise Batch Processing / Global Operations for GTEP globally. Ensure execution of business strategies and compliance with internal policies. Manage the operations team, including scheduling and training, and oversee the execution of Batch processes.

Bachelor's degree in Systems or related field. Three years of specific experience in the financial sector. Knowledge of AS/400 and automation systems.

On-site work with a hybrid model allowing 40% remote work. Work schedule includes 12-hour shifts for three days and one 7-hour day, with rotation between day and night shifts every four months.
