Generate and deliver complex information to collections units, providing timely analysis and recommendations for decision-making. Participate in continuous improvement and innovation processes for specialized Business Intelligence models in collections. Present monthly results of annual initiatives and execute data exchange processes with Business Development & Data Analytics.

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics processes. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and Excel; intermediate knowledge in Data Science/Machine Learning and Business Analytics.
