Lead the Tetris Shift operation in Chile, ensuring volume, productivity, and quality targets are met. Resolve operational incidents in real-time with autonomy and proactivity during the shift hours. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields. Availability to work the Tetris Shift (Monday to Saturday from 16:30 to 22:00). Experience leading operational teams in high-volume distribution centers with autonomy.
