What You'll Do
Monitor the operational process, including warehouse activities and issuance, ensuring compliance with company standards. Organize and distribute daily tasks for the team during shifts to maintain service quality. Apply and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other internal documents, contributing to excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma required. Knowledge of warehouse and issuance operational processes. Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and internal regulations. Experience in an operational environment with a focus on quality, safety, and security.
