Advise various business units as an internal specialist, ensuring processes and projects align with current legislation and the principle of Privacy by Design. Manage the operational flow for timely responses to ARCO rights requests, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines. Address complaints and incidents reported by data subjects, and execute preventive and corrective controls regarding privacy, conducting impact assessments and keeping data inventories and privacy notices updated.

Bachelor's degree in Law or Engineering. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in personal data protection, handling ARCO rights, drafting privacy notices, managing breaches, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Essential knowledge in ARCO rights, privacy notices, and breach management.

Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. Located at Torre BBVA, Av. Paseo de la Reforma 510, Piso 49, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México.
