Project Manager Oil&Gas Upstream

Lead the planning, execution, and comprehensive control of high voltage electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with scope, deadlines, budget, technical standards, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Manage Oil & Gas and/or Mining projects, including project scheduling, milestone tracking, cost control, and financial projections. Coordinate bidding processes, negotiate and contract local and international suppliers, and manage contracts and subcontractors.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Over 5 years of experience in project management and operations leadership, including large-scale budget management and complex contracts. Proficient in EPC/EPCM project management, contractual administration, and strategic procurement.
