The supervisor will lead a team of sales representatives to achieve commercial goals by monitoring KPIs and executing market development strategies. They are responsible for field supervision, inventory control, and ensuring the effective implementation of commercial strategies at points of sale.

Requirements

Candidates should have a degree in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, along with 3 years of experience in sales leadership within the consumer goods sector. Possession of a personal vehicle is mandatory, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP are highly valued.
