Analista de Negócios Pleno | Growth Marketing PJ

Plan and conduct A/B tests and growth experiments throughout the customer journey, identifying acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and re-engagement opportunities. Manage and track key customer and product indicators, identifying growth, adoption, usage, and monetization opportunities. Analyze performance data and metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, and ROI to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives.

Bachelor's degree. At least 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Acquisition Marketing, CRM, Performance, Business Analysis, or related fields. Strong knowledge of business indicators, commercial performance, and growth metrics. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
