Java Staff Software Engineer

Own and manage the development lifecycle of the products and ecosystem delivered by the team. Define coding standards and actively enforce their correct adoption across the team. Develop architectural designs at the L0, L1, and L2 levels. Identify and build efficient paths to automate workflows, testing pipelines, and incident response.

8+ years of solid, hands-on coding experience with a primary focus on the Java ecosystem. Deep knowledge about the Spring Framework and the most used modules. Strong grasp of cloud computing concepts, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and related technologies.
