Coordinate the strategy, policies, and eligibility rules of the company's benefits portfolio. Conduct market benchmarks and financial impact studies to support strategic decisions related to corporate benefits. Manage costs and governance of health and dental plans, ensuring sustainability and performance indicators are monitored.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, or related fields. Solid experience in strategic management of corporate benefits and negotiation with suppliers. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, as well as data analysis tools like SQL.
