Core Responsibilities

The role involves leading customer experience support projects, ensuring milestone compliance, and coordinating the implementation and evolution of CRM tools with the Brazil team to optimize prospecting and partner management processes. This includes acting as a liaison between various internal teams like Product, Technology, and Operations to guarantee the correct execution of initiatives and monitoring project progress via KPIs.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in project management, operations, Customer Experience (CX), or CRM tool implementation, coupled with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and basic macros for data analysis, is required, alongside the ability to facilitate alignment meetings and negotiate agreements between different areas.
