Student Intern, Collaboration Services System Programmer

Troubleshoot incidents affecting Microsoft 365 collaboration services. Support users experiencing issues with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive. Document solutions and create knowledge articles to improve support efficiency. Collaborate with teammates across multiple geographic regions.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with approximately two years remaining before graduation. Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and experience working with Windows operating systems. Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

This role will be eligible for a hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site and off-site.
