Support the treatment, organization, and validation of data used in goal-setting and performance processes. Execute routines for updating information on structures, portfolios, goals, indicators, results, and incentives. Develop and update dashboards and reports in Power BI, and document bases, indicators, and procedures to ensure organization and traceability.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, Technology, or related fields. Knowledge of Excel for data treatment and analysis, and basic or intermediate knowledge of Power BI. Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is desirable.
