2 years of experience in similar positions. Proven experience in leading teams of 20-30 people. Solid knowledge in Shipping, Picking, and production planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, advanced management of the MLS platform, and analysis of management indicators (KPIs). Availability to work in the afternoon shift.
